Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Markasa Health LLC ("Markasa Health") website and the Referral Workflow Review service.
Authorization to Purchase
The purchaser represents that they are authorized to purchase the Referral Workflow Review service on behalf of the practice or organization identified during checkout.
Nature of the Service
The Referral Workflow Review is an administrative workflow assessment. Recommendations are based on the operational information supplied by the client. The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, non-PHI operational information.
The client must not submit patient or protected health information through the website, the questionnaire, or any communication with Markasa Health.
The service does not provide legal, clinical, billing, coding, claims, collections, denial-management, payer-contract, insurance-verification, or HIPAA-compliance advice.
Payment and Refunds
Payment and refund terms are governed by the separate Refund, Cancellation, Intake, and Delivery Policy.
No Guaranteed Outcome
Markasa Health does not guarantee increased revenue, reduced denials, increased patient volume, or any other specific financial or operational result.
Intellectual Property
Markasa Health retains ownership of its methods, templates, frameworks, and proprietary materials. The purchasing client may use its completed report internally for its own business operations. The client may not resell or commercially redistribute the report or Markasa Health templates.
Communication and Delivery
Electronic communication and delivery through the verified business email provided during checkout are accepted methods of service communication and delivery.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, to the extent legally applicable.
