Refund, Cancellation, Intake, and Delivery Policy

The Markasa Health Referral Workflow Review is a customized professional service priced according to the location-based tier selected at checkout ($1,500 for 1 location, $2,500 for 2–3 locations, or $3,500 for 4–6 locations, with custom pricing for 7 or more locations).

A practice may request a full refund before the completed questionnaire is submitted, provided the request is made within seven calendar days of payment confirmation and Markasa Health has not begun preparing the customized review.

Once the completed questionnaire is submitted or Markasa Health begins preparing the customized review, whichever occurs first, the payment becomes non-refundable.

The questionnaire may be saved and resumed but must be completed within seven calendar days of payment confirmation. If it is not completed within that period, the order will be placed on hold.

The practice may request one written reactivation within 30 calendar days of the original payment date. Failure to complete the questionnaire does not extend the refund period. After 30 calendar days, access may expire and the service record may be closed.

The Referral Workflow Review is delivered within 3–5 business days after receipt of the completed questionnaire and any required clarification.

One round of written follow-up is included and must be submitted within seven calendar days after the completed report is delivered.

If Markasa Health is unable to provide the purchased service, the practice will receive a full refund.
